Leadership Announcements

  • 6 May 2020

    If you have not turned in your emotional brain fuel map, please do that asap. I think in trying to get caught up with journal entries we skipped it.

    Use the Filters tool under Assignments for April 2020. It's the very first assignment that came up.

    Zoom meetings have begun! I'm sorry we're late on the ball, but a circus clown can only juggle so much, so here we are!

    Zoom meetings will be held two more times:

    5/13- 10-10:30 AM

    5/20- 10-10:30 AM

    My goal is to have the link sent out to you before the morning of (my apolgies). These are for questions and help, so if you feel like you are fine, that is your call. But I would love to see your face!

    If you did not get the first link, please email me, facebook me, call me, whatever to make sure we can get you set up for those.

Grading Policy

  • **Update 4/22/2020: The grades are now in pass/incomplete mode. This means that you must turn in every assignment in order to get credit for quarter 4. If there are any missing assignments, you will have an incomplete and be required to make up the work next year. Grading will not be as harsh or as intense, but the consequences of skipping assignments will be.

    As from the assignments tab, you should have gathered we are keeping a journal on habits of leaders/effective teens. Your instructions are in the assignment (which you can access at any time by using the filters and going to April under Assignments). You will be graded on particpation and meeting the outlined journal requirements. If you cannot access your journals, get a hold of me please. They will be 20 points/journal entry (just like class if we were doing our regular packets). Below I have outlined the dates I will be checking.

    Remember, you should have two new journal entries every week (I recommend doing them Tuesday and Thursday, but you do you).

    Dates Mrs. Dalling will be checking journal entries:

    • April 17 (Entries 1&2 due)
    • April 24 (Entries 3&4 due)
    • May 1 (Entries 5&6 due) {This should conclude journaling on your first habit.}
    • May 8 (Entries 7&8 due)
    • May 15 (Entries 9&10 due)
    • May 21 (Entries 11&12 due) {This should conclude journaling on your second habit.}
